No, the minimum to make a booking is 25 adults. For renting a private tour there is no minimum. As individuals you can buy tickets at our ticket booth depending on availability. 
The boat trips in Bruges lasts about half an hour, longer tours are not possible. However, a trip can be made shorter on request of the customer.
Departures and arrivals are at the same address: Bootexcursies Gruuthuse, boarding point 3, Nieuwstraat 11, 8000 Bruges. This is near the Our Lady church (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk), on the corner of the Nieuwstraat and Dijver. (It is not possible to get on or off the boat anywhere else.)

Depending on weather conditions we are open 7/7 from 1st of february till 5th of january. Working hours 10.00 hrs till 17.00 hrs.

Explanations during the tour can be given in Dutch, French, German or English. For other languages you can bring your own translator/interpreter or guide (*). Please tell our staff which language you prefer before boarding. *if you want to bring your own guide for comments during the tour, you are required to hire the entire boat.
We always make every endeavour to meet our appointments, but we can only do so if our customers are also on time, which is not always the case. Please let us know us if you will be late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee punctual departures but it might not be possible to take the trip if you are late. In practice there are not usually a lot of problems, but keep in mind that no more seats may be available when you are late.
All boat trips in Bruges are in open boats. About 10 umbrellas are available in each boat. If you made a reservation but wish to cancel due to the bad weather, please let us know.

Yes, this is a requirement. We have 40 life jackets and 2 life buoys per boat and the places where these are located are adequately marked. We also ask everyone to keep their hands inside the boat at all times for extra safety.
